Dele Farotimi, a lawyer, has been granted bail by the Ekiti State High Court amid a case brought against him by Chief Afe Babalola, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
The court set the bail amount at N50 million, requiring a surety of the same value who must own landed property.
The case has been adjourned to January 29, 2025, for further proceedings.
