The report claimed that presidential aspirants would pay N200 million, while candidates seeking state assembly seats would pay N20 million.
The party clarified that the information did not come from any official source within the APC. Officials said no decisions have been made regarding the sale or pricing of forms for the upcoming elections. They described the report as false and misleading, created without any basis.
APC leaders asked party members, journalists, and the general public to disregard the circulating report entirely.
They confirmed that any announcements about nomination fees or procedures will be made officially by the party at the appropriate time.
