According to the party, all disputes and complaints from members are expected to be resolved through the party’s internal mechanisms. The spokesperson explained that courts now often consider political party matters as internal affairs and may decline to intervene.

The party noted that aggrieved members should remain within SDP and use the established procedures to address conflicts, rather than seeking legal action outside the party. This rule applies to all members and is meant to ensure that internal disputes are handled within the party framework.
