Bandits on Tuesday attacked Baka 1 and Baka 2 villages as well as surrounding villages in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State and killed four people leaving one person injured.

Reports from security agencies according to the Kaduna State Government identified the victims killed as Buhari Alhaji Halle, Nasiru Mai Ungwa Dari, Ali Nasiru and Iliya Idris.

A statement issued by the Kaduna State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan stated that the attack left Yusha’u Halle with injuries.

Aruwan said Governor Nasir El-Rufai had noted the report with sadness and condoled the families of the deceased while praying for the repose of their souls. He said El-Rufai also wished the injured citizen a quick recovery.
