COVID-19: Corps member donates N33,000 to Fight CoronaVirus in Kogi state

A Kogi State-born member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Miss Moribirin Rosemary, has donated her March allowance to the fight against COVID-19 pandemic in the state.

The 2019 Batch C stream two corps member earlier donated hand sanitizers to the squadron team set up by the state government to check the spread of the virus.

The corps member, who is currently serving in Abuja, said COVID-19 was a global pandemic, which if not properly curtailed, might spread beyond control. “That’s why Nigerians must obey the social distancing order and maintain good personal hygiene, as well as use the hand sanitizer,” she advised
