T-PUMPY CONCEPT LIMITED MOVES TO END HOUSING DEFICIT IN EKITI
The issue of housing deficit in Ekiti State will soon become a thing of the past.
This followed the opening of a branch office by a renowned Estate and Land Developing Company “T-Pumpy Concept Limited” in Ekiti state.
The office which is located at GRA, Ado-Ekiti, is expected to assist people of the state to become land and house owners at affordable rates.
Addressing newsmen in Ado Ekiti, at the official opening of the office, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Adaralegbe Akintayo promised to collaborate with Ekiti state government to contribute to infrastructural growth of the state.

He pointed out that one of the social responsibilities of “T-Pumpy Concept Limited” was to invest in human capital development by extending helping hands to the less privileged.
The Chief Executive Officer of the company said the firm had over forty estates in Abuja where many people had become house owners.
Mr. Akintayo explained that the T-Pumpy Concept Limited remained committed towards ensuring that residents of the state have access to cheap and affordable land.
The CEO of T-Pumpy said all the legal documents backing the lands available for sale in Ado-Ekiti had been obtained, while assuring would-be buyers not to panic.
He listed some of the areas where the company have land for sale to in include Ilawe road, Afao road, among others.
Mr. Akintayo appreciated Ekiti state Governor, Dr. Kayode Fayemi and the Ewi of Ado-Ekiti, Oba Adeyemo Adejugbe for their support which made the establishment of “T-Pumpy Concept Limited” in Ekiti state.
