Group Hails Tinubu’s One Year in Office, Rates Wike High on Performance

The Green & White Rainbow Initiative Movement has hailed President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on the landmark achievements recorded so far during his first year in office as President of Nigeria.

Speaking to journalists at the Abuja Headquarters of the Non-governmental organization, the Founder and President, Aare Talabi Abiodun said the Tinubu led-administration has since elected ensured the efficient and equitable use of public expenditure while delivering good governance delivery.

In his statement, Aare Talabi said President Tinubu in his workaholic spirit has used this first year in office to lay solid foundation that help would move would help house significant room for building a better nation that world work for every common man in the country.

“We are excited to identify with the foundation laying of President Tinubu’s first year in office as we believe that the ‘renewed hope agenda’ has indeed come to bare shining light that Nigeria shall indeed assume prominently her role as the Giant of Africa when his numerous initiatives start materializing and resulting to economic development and prosperity.”

“We have firm belief that President Tinubu is the man of integrity destined to oversee the rise of our nation to a greater height. In the last one year he has set the nation on the path to growth and restoration with bold and courageous policies and programmes geared towards ultimately bettering the lives of our people.

He further explained that “President Tinubu has achieved tremendously compared to the past governments one year in office, amongst his achievements are; the Removal of Corruption rooted Fuel Subsidy, Unification of Exchange Rate, Renewed Hope Cities for Construction Housing Units, N35,000 Wage Award to Workers for 6months, Cash Transfer of N25,000 to 15 million poorest and vulnerable Nigerians, Establishment of Nigeria Consumer Credit Scheme with N100Billion as Take off Fund, Disbursement of N50 Billion Presidential Conditional, Grant to Traders, Food Vendors, Artisans etc, Establishment of Student Loan Fund, Simplification and Digitization of Passport Procurement, Aviation Reform with a Nigerian Carrier flying directly to UK with crash in air fares, Massive Road Construction across Nigeria and urban, Renewal of Federal Capital Territory, among others.”

Aare Talabi in the same regard applauded the FCT Minister for his administrative prowess that has resulted to the beatification of the capital city. He said “It is very important to also acknowledge the transformational improvement that has happened to the Federal Capital Territory under the able watch of Mr Nyesom Wike, he has proven beyond doubt to be more than capable with his relentless zeal of delivering of the mandate entrusted in his care.”
