Governors Forum (PGF), Folorunso Aluko, has revealed that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is preparing to expand its political dominance to at least 30 states before the end of 2027.

Aluko disclosed this during the PGF Quarterly Strategy Meeting of Information Commissioners from APC-led states, held on Thursday in Maiduguri, Borno State.He stated that six additional state governors are expected to join the ruling party before 2027, describing the APC as being in a strong position to achieve its goals and enhance its strategic direction.

According to him, the forum is focused on strengthening cooperation between APC-led states and the Federal Government to ensure unity of purpose, integrity in governance, and a collective pursuit of the Renewed Hope agenda.Aluko noted that with improved coordination and consistent messaging, the party aims to grow stronger ahead of the next election cycle.

He reaffirmed confidence that the APC will increase its control from the current 24 states to at least 30 before 2027 ends, as part of its long-term political strategy.
