The dispute began after Arnold, founder of Africa Arise International, visited Nigeria for a fact-finding mission on alleged religious persecution. The trip, which Omokri reportedly organised, later turned controversial when Arnold accused Omokri of manipulation and personal ambition.

The development quickly spread across social media, drawing public attention to Omokri’s image, while he has yet to respond.Reacting to the matter on his X page, Ibe called on Omokri to address the allegations openly.

He reminded the public that he had earlier questioned Omokri’s political motives months ago, saying the new development confirmed his earlier doubts.Ibe also accused Omokri of being inconsistent in his political statements, claiming that he often switches sides for personal gain.
He further challenged Omokri to clarify his views on key national issues, especially those involving President Bola Tinubu’s academic history.The aide urged Omokri to be transparent and truthful in his political advocacy, adding that public figures must take responsibility for their words and actions.
