It also stated that youths between the ages of 18 and 35 will enjoy a 50 per cent reduction, while persons living with disabilities will pay 25 per cent of the standard fees.According to the party leadership, the decision is part of efforts to ensure that no group is left out of the democratic process, especially those who may face financial or physical barriers.

It added that women have often faced challenges in politics and need support to compete fairly with other aspirants. The NDC said it believes that excluding large groups of the population from elections would weaken democratic development in the country. It stressed that inclusiveness remains central to its political agenda ahead of the 2027 polls.

The party also clarified that presidential, governorship, and National Assembly nomination forms are to be obtained at its national secretariat in Abuja, while state house of assembly forms will be available at party offices in the states.

It further urged interested aspirants to take advantage of the policy as preparations for the 2027 elections continue across the country.
