Former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, has officially become a member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), marking his formal departure from the All Progressives Congress (APC). The registration took place at the ADC office in U/Sarki Ward, Kaduna State, where El-Rufai received his membership card.
